Before 2011 Canadian Link Engineering (CLE) started under the name Canadian Alliance Inc. (CA) in Toronto-Canada in 2008 by a group of UAE expats engineers living and working in Canada, led by Mech. Eng. Saud Ogaily. (CA) specialized in engineering consultancy, Established and based in the city of Toronto and provides services to the Canadian Market and the international market, more specifically the Middle Eastern market (Iraq, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman among others).
CA and CLE experiences and professional network with engineers in the construction business was developed through decades of involvement in the market and has allowed us to acquire the know-how in the consultancy field and in the project management field, If we don’t know how to build it, our professional network and project management skills and experience allows us to tap into the pool of Canadian and International consultants and we can put in a team together and manage that team to the satisfaction of our client.
